Tips for submitting a service request

Camera and phone

Provide photos or videos of the issue. Closeups and wide angles help us identify issues faster.

Photos/videos can be attached to a service request online after submission.

Location marker on a map

Include precise location details using landmarks or directions, e.g. back, left corner of hallway or under window sill.

Pencil and paper

Provide as much detail as possible about the issue in the description. More details help us resolve the issue faster.


Steps to submitting a service request

  1. Sign in using SSO.
  2. Create Request.
  3. Select the Property, Floor, and Space.
  4. Select the Issue Type and Issue Sub Type.
  5. Provide as much detail as possible in the Describe Your Request field. Include a COA if the work is to be recharged.
  6. Add someone as a Watcher to add to their request list. Check the Notification box so they receive current status updates from us. Watcher is more versatile than the Email CC feature.
  7. Click OK to submit the request. You will receive an email confirmation with the details.
  8. Upload documents, photos, and files to assist us with your request.
  9. Review your request(s) under the My Requests/Find Request tabs.

Key pickup

Keys may be collected at Facilities Services during our office hours; 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon - Fri, except between 12:00 - 1:00 PM.
A Facilities Services representative will contact you once your keys are available.


Event/move support

Event and move requests must be placed 14 days in advance and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as we continue to face staffing shortages.
