What we do

  • Provide an aesthetically pleasing environment for students, faculty, and staff. 
  • Respond to emergency services such as removing graffiti, and patching and painting. 
  • Tenant improvements; minor interior and exterior painting of buildings on campus.  
  • Maintain general assignment classrooms on an annual schedule. 
  • Complete projects with quality professional-grade paints and highest of standards for a lasting fresh look and feel. 

About our team

  • We painted 140+ locations in FY 22-23.
  • We worked on 180+ projects in FY 22-23.
  • Our team is commercial, industrial, residential experienced.
  • We collectively hold over 115 years of UCR service with 3.5 full time employees and 1 supervisor.

For a more efficient service request

  • Provide photos/videos and as much detail as possible about the walls and holes you are requesting us to paint. Will the work take place in a lab, office, or hallway? More details help us get to the work much faster. Attachments can be added to a service request online following submission.
  • Provide the most accurate location possible for graffiti removal requests. Photos/videos with recognizable landmarks can help us narrow down the location.
  • Plan to clear all personal items from a room and desk spaces when we come to paint so the area is easier for us to get to the work.
  • Understand we must adhere to certain color standards and design specifications for general use throughout campus buildings.
  • Understand we do not offer paint services for furniture or specialized pieces.
