How to submit a service request
- Log in using SSO.
- Click Create Request.

Select the Property, Floor, and Space.

Select the Issue Type and Issue Sub Type.

Provide as much detail as possible in the Describe Your Request field.

Include a COA if the work is to be recharged. If you are unsure if your request is recharge, see our guide to services or contact us. Event requests require a COA to prevent cancellation.

Add someone as a Watcher and check the Notification box so they receive current status updates from us. Watcher can provide status updates, whereas the Email CC feature does not.

Click OK to submit the request. You will receive an email confirmation with the details.

After you submit your request, Upload documents, photos, and files to further assist us.

Review your request(s) under the My Requests/Find Request tabs.
Before you submit your request
Our team will begin entering building rooms/spaces to fulfill your service request.
If you need us first to contact you before we enter any spaces, such as a sensitive research lab, please let us know when submitting your request.
Tips for submitting a service request
Provide photos or videos of the issue. Closeups and wide angles help us identify issues faster.
Photos/videos can be attached to a service request online after submission.
Include precise location details using landmarks or directions, e.g. back, left corner of hallway or under window sill.
Provide as much detail as possible about the issue in the description. More details help us resolve the issue faster.
