Facilities Services has upgraded its work order system and is accepting new service requests. Customers can create requests by selecting an issue type, and can keep track of requests using a new +Watcher feature.

The new system uses SSO, requiring a UCR netID and password. If you need assistance with your UCR netID, please contact the ITS HelpDesk.

Requests submitted prior to June 28, 2023 can still be reviewed through our old work order system for record keeping purposes. Requests will remain in our old work order system until completed and closed.
