Central Plant
What we do
- Our steam plant is the heart of the utility infrastructure on campus, which we monitor 24/7.
- We operate and maintain chillers, high pressure boilers, and auxiliary equipment such as compressed air and vacuum systems, domestic water, and pumps.
- We maintain 6 miles of service tunnels of which service the entire campus.
About our team
- Our plant operators are on-hand to keep the plant operational every hour and 365 days of the year.
- After-hour and holiday emergency calls to (951) 827-4214 are received and triaged by our plant operators.
