Event Requests: From February 4–6, Facilities Services will not be able to accommodate new event requests due to Chancellor inauguration activities. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to limited staffing, event and move requests must be placed 14 days in advance and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Facilities Services needs this minimum lead time to review and respond as we continue to face staff shortages.
