On Friday, August 28th, the Facilities Services Work Order System (FAMIS) is scheduled to be transferred to a new data center as a part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Project Genesis. As a result, FAMIS will be unavailable on Friday, August 28th from 10:00 p.m. until Saturday, August 29th at 4:00 a.m..

During the scheduled outage, faculty, staff and students will not have access to the system to: 

  • Submit service requests
  • Review submitted requests
