In response to UCR's campus closure, Facilities Services (FS) administrative offices are closed with administrative staff working remote. All non-emergency service requests are on hold and will not move forward until the campus resumes normal business operations. For general inquiries, email us at and our remote staff will respond to your concerns. If you have a Facilities related emergency such as flooding, major leaks or plumbing issues, contact the Central Plant at (951) 827-4677.

Dear Colleagues,

In accordance with the recent state guidelines for higher education, beginning this week, all 255 traditional drinking fountains on the main campus will be unavailable for public use. Facilities Services (FS) and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) are partnering to bag all fountains and will place out of order signs on each location.

UCR's 44 Hydration stations will remain available for use and can be found by using the map, here. The stations can be located by zooming in on the map and finding the blue water icons. Please see the image below for an example.

For questions regarding these new guidelines, contact us at (951) 827-4214 /
